Surgical Blades
Emerald Medical surgical blades are made from carbon steel and their extremely sharp cutting edge make them perfect for incisions during surgical procedures. These single-use blades are protected by VCI paper in a peel-open foil sachet.
Sterilized by gamma radiation to a minimum dosage of 2.5M Rad, surgical blades have a sterile shelf life of 5 years.
Available in sizes 10, 10A, 11, 12, 15, 20, 21, 22.

Stitch Cutters
The stitch cutter is used for general suture removal. Appearing similar to a scalpel, this instrument requires no handle and is a simple, convenient way to remove basic sutures whilst minimising patient discomfort. The slightly curved, flat, bull nose tip slides under the suture and when rotated, gently removes the suture from the site. Each single-use blade is protected by VCI paper in a peel-open foil sachet.
